We hope to be InfluentiALS not only in the education, awareness, and funding for the direct support for those living with ALS and their caregivers, but also to be InfluentiALS within the community of nonprofits to run our organization as transparently and efficiently as possible.

Apply for a Grant: Living with Care & Support

The InfluentiALS Foundation provides direct financial support to individuals and families impacted by ALS.  

Grants can be used for:

    • Home modifications (e.g., ramps, widened doorways)
    • Medical or assistive equipment
    • Accessibility and caregiver support
    • ALS-related transportation or supplies

How to Apply (Step-by-Step)

  1. Download the application PDF using the link below.
  2. Review all required sections and gather your documentation.
  3. Complete the form electronically or by hand.
  4. Print the completed form and include all required documents.
  5. Mail your full application package to:
          InfluentiALS Foundation
          100 Grandview Ave.
          North Caldwell, NJ 07006
  6. Submit your application by one of the following seasonal deadlines:

April 15 to be considered for the Spring Award (issued in May).

October 15 to be considered for the Winter Award (issued in December).

Applications will be reviewed within four weeks after each deadline, and notifications will be sent approximately 4–6 weeks following review.

 

What’s in the Application?

Here’s what you’ll need to complete:

Section 1 – Applicant Information
Basic contact information and communication preference

Section 2 – Eligibility Verification

    • Proof of ALS diagnosis
    • Proof of residency
    • At least two forms of financial need documentation
    • Property ownership or permission from owner

Section 3 – Proposed Use of Funds

    • Description of the need or project
    • Budget and timeline

Section 4 – Supporting Documents
Attach relevant materials like quotes, photos, medical bills, etc.

Section 5 – Signature & Agreement

    This program offers grants of $250–$10,000 for ALS-related needs. Funds must be used within 12 months for the approved purpose. Full details and obligations can be found in the Terms & Conditions. Link to t&c via in line link AND button
